Questions before you pay

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your plan's credits refill on your billing date. Subscribers can also buy a top-up pack at any time, and top-up credits never expire.

Do unused credits carry over?

Yes. Unused plan credits roll over for one month, up to one month's allowance. Plan credits are used first, then purchased credits.

What is private generation?

Private generations are never shown in public galleries, examples or prompt libraries. Turn it on in the generator before you create.

Am I charged if a generation fails?

No. Credits for a failed generation are returned to your balance automatically.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrades start right away and you get the extra credits immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Until then you keep your plan benefits and can use your remaining plan credits. Purchased credits never expire.

Is the trial pack a subscription?

No. It is a single $4.99 payment for 500 credits, limited to one per account.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
