Overview

What is the bottle kick challenge?

Bottle Kick Challenge AI turns one photo into a 15-second video of you lining up a kick at a stack of bottles and then kicking the wooden crate instead, with sound. No martial arts, no prompt, no watermark.

The bottle kick goes back to the 2019 bottle cap challenge, where martial artists spun a loose cap off a bottle with a roundhouse kick and Jason Statham made it famous. The 2026 version is sillier: two drink bottles stacked on a crate, a lot of slow leg lifts and fake-outs, then the kick that everyone is waiting for lands on the crate, not the bottles.

Most of the clip is the wind-up. Knee up, a pause, a look at the camera, knee up again. That build-up is the fun part when it's someone who has clearly never kicked anything: in our example a girl in a white tee and jeans plays it completely straight, then boots the crate and the bottles topple off.

Upload one photo at the top of this page and press Generate. Full body works best, since the legs do all the work.

Only upload photos of yourself, people who gave you permission, or characters you created. This page is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram or any creator of the challenge.
