Hotel Transylvania fans
Hotel Transylvania fans who grew up on the 2018 film make the 24K Magic AI video to play Dracula themselves. Put your own photo in the dancer slot and post it with a "Looking good" caption.
Upload a photo of you and one of a friend. You step out of a cabin doorway, tug your collar and dance across a sunny deck, then your friend crawls into the shot and finishes the routine, both in your own clothes.

24K Magic AI turns two photos into a 14-second widescreen video with sound of you dancing on a sunny cruise ship deck, the way Dracula does in Hotel Transylvania 3. It's a one-click template, not a prompt-based generator like Sora or Kling. You stay a real person instead of a cartoon vampire, and your friend gets the last laugh.
The 24K Magic AI trend is a live-action remake of Dracula's solo deck dance from the 2018 film Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation, set to Bruno Mars's 24K Magic). He grins in a cabin doorway, tugs his collar and struts out onto the deck.
What gets people is the collar tug. A cartoon vampire's smug little move looks even more ridiculous on a real person, and every remake casts someone even less likely to own a cruise deck: a punk with a green mohawk, a footballer, your dad.
Upload two photos. Photo 1 is the dancer who gets the doorway close-up and the whole deck routine; photo 2 is the friend who crawls in near the end and keeps dancing. Each of you keeps your own face, hair and outfit. Our 24K Magic AI tutorial shows the full test run.
Fan-made template, not affiliated with Sony Pictures Animation, Hotel Transylvania, Bruno Mars or TikTok. Only upload yourself or people who said yes. You must be 18 or older, and photos of celebrities, public figures or children aren't allowed.

Friends use the second slot for the punchline: your friend is the one who crawls across the deck at the end. Send it to the group chat and wait for the reply.
Couples split the roles: one gets the smug doorway close-up, the other steals the ending. Upload the two photos the other way round for a second take with the roles reversed.
If nobody else wants in, upload your photo as the dancer and click Use example under the friend slot, so our sample person crawls in at the end.
The 24K Magic AI trend recreates the "Looking good, Dracula" scene from Hotel Transylvania 3 (US release July 13, 2018) with real people: a grin and a collar tug in a cabin doorway, then a solo dance across a sunny cruise ship deck to Bruno Mars's 2016 single 24K Magic.
The scene came back on TikTok on October 11, 2026, when @jst.daf posted it as a Hotel Transylvania 3 24K Magic mashup. Live-action AI remakes followed within days, and by the end of October a CapCut template and the #24kmagicaidance hashtag had turned it into a photo trend. Spanish-speaking posts call it Dracula bailando en el crucero.

Two photos: you dance the Dracula cruise ship routine, then your friend crawls in and takes over.

The 24K Magic template is already open at the top of this page, with Wan 3.0 and the prompt set up: 14 seconds, widescreen, with sound.
Dancer first, friend second: one person per photo, full body if you have it, face clear.
Press Generate. Our test took about 5 minutes, and the video lands in My Videos, so you can close the tab. Download the MP4 without a watermark and post it.
The best photos for 24K Magic AI are two single-person photos, full body if possible, faces clear, because the video opens on a close-up and then cuts to low shots of your feet.
Head to toe
The low footwork shots show your legs, so a full-body photo keeps your trousers yours.
A look that stands out
A loud outfit on a white deck is half the joke: our test's mohawk and tartan trousers carried the whole clip.
Faces cropped from a group shot
A tiny face can't hold up in the opening close-up.
Hidden faces
Caps pulled low and hands near the face hide the grin the doorway shot is built around.
Doorway grin, collar tug, the wide deck shot, the low footwork close-ups and the kicks by the stairs all come in order. Then your friend crawls in and takes the deck for the last few seconds.
Faces, hair and outfits come from your photos. In our test the dancer kept his mohawk, studded vest and tartan trousers in every shot; only the shoes stayed the routine's teal sneakers.
A 16:9 clip with music, ready for TikTok, Reels, Shorts or the group chat.
Download a clean MP4 on every plan, free credits included. Failed renders refund credits automatically.
Unlike Sora or Kling, you don't write or tune a prompt to land the collar tug and the footwork. Add two photos in your browser and press Generate. No app or dance practice needed.

Open this page, upload a photo of the dancer and a photo of the friend, and press Generate. You get a 14-second widescreen video with sound of you doing the Dracula cruise ship dance, usually within a few minutes.

It's also called the Dracula cruise ship dance, Looking Good Dracula and Dracula bailando en el crucero. The second name comes from Dracula's line in the scene, and the Spanish one from Spanish-language TikTok; posts also use #24kmagicaidance and #draculadance.
0–2s, the dancer grins in a cabin doorway and tugs their collar; 2–4s, a wide shot as they start dancing on the sunny deck; 4–6s, low close-ups of their feet sliding and kicking on the boards; 6–10s, kicks, knee drops and arm swings by the white stairs; 10–11s, the friend crawls into the foreground; 11–14s, the friend takes over the deck by the ship's funnels.
No. You stay a real person with your own face, hair and outfit from your photo. There's no cape, fangs or pale makeup unless you're wearing them in the photo.
Yes. The video comes with music, so you can post it as it is. If you want the exact trending sound, pick 24K Magic from the TikTok sound library when you post.
Yes. Upload your photo as the dancer and click Use example under the friend slot, so our sample person crawls in at the end. Both slots need someone, because the video has two roles.
No. This is a web template, so there's nothing to install: upload two photos in your browser and download the MP4. The CapCut version is a separate template.
Not completely. New accounts get 75 free credits, and one 24K Magic AI video takes 280. The one-time $4.99 trial pack (540 credits) covers one video for about $2.59 and leaves 260 credits in your account, with no subscription. The exact cost shows on the Generate button, and failed renders are refunded automatically.
About $2.59 for one video. That is 280 credits for a 14-second, 480p widescreen clip with sound; our test rendered in about 5 minutes.
Four reasons: you look like your photos, it costs less, you get a clean video, and it's ready to post. (It makes the dance video, not a song.)
Looks like you: your face, hair and outfit stay yours from the doorway close-up to the footwork shots, and each of you keeps your own look. This setup held up on our first run, so you don't spend credits on retries.
Costs less: about $2.59 per video with a one-time $4.99 pack and no subscription, the lowest price among the tools we found with a listed price.
Clean video: no watermark on any plan, free credits included, and if a render fails your credits come back automatically.
Ready to post: 14 seconds with music, so it goes straight to TikTok, Reels or Shorts with no editing or dubbing.
Usually it's a small face cropped from a group photo, a side angle or a cap pulled low, and the fast footwork makes it worse. Use a sharp, full-body photo of one person facing the camera, then run this template again.
No. It's a fan-made template, not affiliated with Sony Pictures Animation, Hotel Transylvania, Bruno Mars or TikTok. Only upload photos of yourself or adults who agreed; photos of celebrities, public figures or children aren't allowed.
Add the 24K Magic sound if you want the trend's audio, tag the friend who crawls in, say it's AI, and use #24kmagic, #24kmagicaidance, #draculadance or #hoteltransylvania.
Your photos and videos stay in your account, so you can download them again from My Videos at any time. They are never used to train AI models and are not sold or shared, except with the video model provider that renders your clip.
