Our Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend video: a lead in a camel coat dances in front of a crew in pink hoodies on a grassy hill. Wan 3.0, 480p, 14 seconds with sound. First try.

A Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend video puts you in the middle of the big group dance from Bakar's "Lonyo!" music video: you dance up front, a whole crew moves in sync around you, and the camera rises for the wide shot. Most Lonyo templates only let you drop one photo into a fixed crowd. We made the clip above on 8 November 2026 from two photos, one for the lead and one that sets what the crew wears. Here is exactly how: what we uploaded, what it cost, the prompt behind it and how to fix a result that doesn't look right.

What is the Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend?

The Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend is a wave of AI remakes of the group dance in the music video for "Lonyo!", a 2025 single by the London singer Bakar. The original video, directed by Tom Emmerson with choreography by Joe Grey Adams, Jordan J Funk and Aisha Amuah, shows a huge crowd doing one after-school routine while the camera climbs to a shot from above (It's Nice That covered it on 1 September 2025). From late October 2026, AI versions on Instagram put a new person at the front of that crowd. It's also searched as Lonyo Dance AI or Lonyo AI dance.

What happens in a Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend video, second by second?

A Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend video keeps the routine and the camera moves, and changes who dances and where. In our 14-second result:

3–4The camera pulls up and back
4–10Wide shot from above: the whole crew does the routine in sync, lead in the center

11–14Three crew dancers finish the routine on the grass, seen from above (the lead is out of frame here)
Six frames from our Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend video: a woman in a camel coat and glasses dances in front of a crew in pink hoodies on a grassy hill, then the camera rises to a wide shot of the whole crew
Our result at 0.4, 2.4, 4.8, 7.2, 9.6 and 12 s.

How to make the Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend video in 4 steps

1. Open the Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend template

Go to the Bakar Lonyo AI dance generator. Wan 3.0, 480p, 14 seconds and sound are already set, and the Generate button shows the cost (450 credits) before you spend anything. You don't write a prompt.

2. Upload the lead photo and the crew photo

Slot 1 is the lead: one adult, full body or knees up, face clear. Slot 2 sets the crew: the crew copies that photo's outfit, so pick a photo where the clothes are easy to see, ideally a group in matching clothes. We used a studio shot of a woman in a camel coat and glasses (face close-up plus full body) for the lead, and a photo of a dance group in pink hoodies and joggers for the crew.

The two photos we uploaded for the Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend video: a woman with a black bob, round glasses and a camel coat shown as a close-up and full body, and a dance group in pink hoodies and joggers in a warehouse
Our two inputs: the lead (left) and the crew outfit (right).

3. Press Generate

Press Generate. Ours finished in under 5 minutes (4 min 45 s) and was saved to My Videos, so you can close the tab and come back.

4. Check the lead, download, post

Watch the first 3 seconds for the lead's face and coat, and seconds 4–10 to check the lead stays in the center of the wide shot. Then download the MP4, which has no watermark.

The template uses this exact run. Under the hood it is a video-to-video edit: the model gets the trend clip and your two photos, and the prompt tells it who goes where. This is the prompt, already built into the template:

The prompt we used

Replace the person in the center at the beginning of [@Video 1] with the subject from [@Image 1], and replace all the other people with the subject from [@Image 2], all wearing the same outfit. Keep the original movements and camera angles. Change the background to a bright, open natural grassland under a clear blue sky.

"In the center at the beginning" is what pins photo 1 to the lead spot, and "all wearing the same outfit" is why every crew member got the pink hoodie instead of a mix of clothes. Moving the scene to an open grassland gives the crew a clean, bright backdrop instead of the original playground.

Which photos work best for a Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend video?

  • Lead: one adult, full body or knees up. The lead is seen head to toe in the wide shot, so a face-only selfie leaves the body and clothes to guesswork.
  • Lead: clear face. Glasses are fine; ours stayed on.
  • Crew: show the outfit. The whole crew wears what this photo shows. Matching clothes (team shirts, hoodies, uniforms) give the cleanest look.
  • Adults only, people who agreed. Use yourself and friends who said yes; no celebrities or children.

Why doesn't my Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend video look right?

  • The lead doesn't look like me: usually a face-only selfie or two people in the photo. Use one adult, knees up or full body, and run the template again.
  • The crew outfits are mixed: usually a crew photo where clothes are hard to see. Use a photo with one clear outfit.
  • The lead is gone at the end: that is the routine; the last 3 seconds show three crew dancers from above.
  • A render failed: credits come back automatically; run it again.

Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend FAQ

Is there a free Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend generator?

Not fully. New accounts get 75 free credits and one Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend video takes 450. The one-time $5.99 trial pack (540 credits) covers one video at about $4.99 and leaves 90 credits, and failed renders are refunded. See pricing.

What song is the Lonyo dance trend?

"Lonyo!" by Bakar, released in 2025. The routine comes from its music video, directed by Tom Emmerson.

Can my friends be in the crew?

Yes. The second photo sets the crew, so a photo of your friends in matching clothes puts the whole crew in that outfit in the Bakar Lonyo AI Dance Trend template.

I only have one photo. Can I still make it?

Yes. Use your photo as the lead and keep the sample crew photo in slot 2; the crew then wears the sample outfit.

How long is the video and does it have sound?

14 seconds, landscape, with sound. Ours was 480p and took under 5 minutes.

Do I need CapCut or an app?

No. It runs in the browser, and the MP4 downloads without a watermark.

Is this an official Bakar video?

No. The template is fan-made and not affiliated with Bakar or the makers of the music video.
