How to Make the Pimp Walk Entrance AI Video With a Friend
What’s new on this page
- — Published: our Pimp Walk Entrance AI video (Wan 3.0, 15 s, 480p, 300 credits, about 6 minutes), the first run that mixed up the roles, the prompt that fixed it, frames and photo tips.
A Pimp Walk Entrance AI video puts two people from two photos into the TikTok trend where one friend holds a burger-shop door and the other strolls in with a slow, low, leaned-back pimp walk, then fans their face with a red hanky. We made the clip above on 4 November 2026 from two photos of our own. Our first try put the wrong man through the door; this is what we changed, what it cost and how you can make it with a friend.
What happens in a Pimp Walk Entrance AI video?
The whole clip is one handheld shot inside a burger shop at night, looking at a glass door with a red frame. In our result:
| Seconds | What happens |
|---|---|
| 0–3.5 | The door holder grooves beside the open door; the walker heads in from the parking lot |
| 3.5–5 | The walker steps through, knees bent, leaning back, a red hanky in hand |
| 5–10 | A deep, slow pimp walk toward the camera, shoulders rolling |
| 10–12 | The walker leans in close to the camera and starts to rise |
| 12–15 | Close-up: the walker stands tall and fans their face; the door holder laughs behind |

How we made our Pimp Walk Entrance AI video
We built it by hand first, the way you would without a template, so we know which parts matter.
1. We started from a 15-second clip of the trend
The trend took off with "Walked in looking for a burger…" by @mrmiltonfrost on TikTok on 25 October 2026, which had about 588,000 views by 3 November (figures as reported on trend-tracking pages that day). We used a 14.9-second vertical clip of the scene: a white-haired man holding the door and a man in a velvet jacket and flared trousers making the entrance.

2. We used two photos with nothing in common
Photo 1 was a punk with a green mohawk, piercings, a studded leather vest, plaid trousers and boots. Photo 2 was a man with an orange pompadour, mirrored sunglasses, a moustache, a flame-print satin shirt, white shorts and striped tube socks. Each image paired a face close-up with a full-body shot, so the model saw both the face and the whole outfit.

3. Our first run put the wrong man through the door
Our first prompt only said "one person becomes image 1, the other becomes image 2". That reads well, but the model has no way to know which is which, so it picked on its own: the man we wanted at the door made the entrance, and the walker ended up holding the door. The faces and outfits were fine; the roles were not.

4. We named each role by what the person does
So we described each person by their action in the clip, not by left or right, because the two cross the frame. This is the prompt we ran on Wan 3.0, 480p, 15 seconds, sound on, with the trend clip as the reference video:
Replace the two people in the video with the characters from the reference images. - [Person A: the person standing inside the room at the start] becomes the character from image 1. - [Person B: the person who walks in through the door] becomes the character from image 2. Each character keeps the face, hairstyle and outfit from their own reference photo. Keep the original camera movement, body motion, timing and positions exactly as they are. Keep the background and lighting unchanged. Each character stays locked to their assigned person from start to finish: no swapping or blending between the two, and no extra people.
We submitted at 04:38 UTC and the video was ready at 04:44: 300 credits. The punk stayed at the door, the flame shirt made the entrance, and the tube socks, shorts, plaid trousers and boots all held up through the walk. That run is what the template now uses, with the prompt and settings already in place.
How to make a Pimp Walk Entrance AI video in 4 steps
Step 1: Open the template
Go to the Pimp Walk Entrance AI page. The template is already loaded at the top, with the model and prompt set up.
Step 2: Add the door holder
The Door holder grooves by the open door and laughs behind the walker at the end. A full-body photo works best.
Step 3: Add the walker
The Walker makes the entrance and fills the screen in the last three seconds, so a sharp face matters most here. Pick whoever deserves the spotlight. Missing a friend? Click Use example under that slot and keep our sample photo.
Step 4: Generate and download
Press Generate. The button shows 300 credits before anything is charged. The video lands in My Videos, so you can close the tab while it renders. Download the MP4, which has no watermark, and post it.
Who holds the door and who walks in the Pimp Walk Entrance AI video?
| Slot | Role | Best photo |
|---|---|---|
| Photo 1 | Door holder; grooves by the door, laughs at the end | One person, full body, face clear |
| Photo 2 | Walker; the low strut and the 12–15 s close-up | One person, full body, face sharp and facing the camera |
To swap who walks in, swap the upload order.
What photos work best for a Pimp Walk Entrance AI video?
- One person per photo. A face cut out of a group shot is too small for the close-up.
- Show the whole outfit. The walker crosses the frame head to toe, shoes included. A face close-up plus a full-body shot in one image worked well for us.
- Give the walker the loud outfit. A flame shirt and tube socks make the strut funnier, and two different looks keep each outfit on the right person.
- Keep the face clear. No phone or hands over the face. Sunglasses are fine: ours stayed on the whole time.
- Adults only. Use photos of yourself or adults who said yes. Photos of children, celebrities and public figures aren't allowed.
What to watch for in a Pimp Walk Entrance AI video
- The shop and the sound stay the same. The burger-shop door, the handheld camera, the red hanky and the sound come with the template; faces, hair and clothes come from your photos.
- Roles have to be named. Without them, the model may send the wrong person through the door. The template already fixes that.
- 480p is made for phones. It looks sharp on a vertical feed and soft if you blow it up on a big screen.
That's why we packaged it: the role wording, the outfit line and the model are already set, so you don't pay to rediscover them. Make your Pimp Walk Entrance AI video with the same settings.
Is Pimp Walk Entrance AI free?
Not completely. New accounts get 75 free credits and one video takes 300, so you need the one-time $5.99 pack (540 credits). That covers one video at about $3.33 and leaves 240 credits, with no subscription. See pricing. Failed renders are refunded automatically.
How long is the video and how much does it cost?
About $3.33 for one video: 300 credits for a 15-second, 480p vertical clip with sound. Ours took about 6 minutes to render.
Can I make it from one photo?
Our template needs two photos, one for the door holder and one for the walker. If you're alone, click Use example under the door holder slot and keep our sample photo.
Do we keep our own outfits?
Yes. In our test both men kept everything from their photos, from the studded vest, plaid trousers and boots to the flame shirt, shorts and tube socks.
Why did the wrong person walk in?
Usually it's a prompt that doesn't say who holds the door and who walks in, so the model picks. Name each person by their action, as in our prompt above, or use the Pimp Walk Entrance AI template, which already does.
Is this the official trend video?
No. It's a fan-made template, not affiliated with the TikTok creators behind the trend.
