Switch the AI model and run it again. That is what happened to us. On 29 October 2026 we ran the same scene, the same photo and the same prompt on two models, both at 5 seconds and 480p:

A render that "works" but keeps the original person is the easiest failure to miss, because nothing errors out. If the face in the window is not the one you uploaded, the model is ignoring the reference photo. Rewording the prompt rarely fixes that; changing the model did. The Birthday Car Trend template uses the Wan 3.0 setup from run 2, which is also the cheaper one.
Replace the woman in the video with the person in the reference photo, keeping her face and identity exactly as in the photo. Keep everything else unchanged: her motion, camera movement, the black G-Class, the cake, crystal crown, candle, confetti, sunset highway background, lighting, and the black-and-white ending with the "Happy birthday" text. Keep the original hairstyle and outfit.
One thing we noticed: even though the prompt says to keep the original hairstyle and outfit, Wan 3.0 took the hair and clothes from the photo too. That is usually what you want for a birthday video, so the template leaves it that way.
