Our AI concert video: four photos, Wan 3.0 Prime, 12 seconds, 480p, vertical, with sound.

Most guides to “AI concert videos” are really about music videos: you upload a song and the tool invents a singer. This guide is about the other kind, where the people on stage are your people, taken from your photos. We ran this setup five times before it worked, so the steps below include what went wrong and how the template avoids it.

Can AI put my friends in a concert as a band?

Yes. An AI concert video generator can put up to four friends on one stage as a band if each friend gets their own photo and their own spot. Our AI Concert Video template has four fixed spots on a small desk-style stage (left, keys, right and a close-up), so the model always knows which face belongs where. A single photo works too: the empty spots are filled with sample performers.

General video tools can do it in theory, but you have to write a prompt that assigns every person to a position, and with four people the looks tend to mix. That is the part the template has already solved.

What happens in a 12-second AI concert video

The AI concert video shows a band playing a small indoor desk-style stage, with sound. The person at the keys sings lead, the players on the left and right sing and pump their fists to the beat, the camera moves along the band, and the close-up spot gets the final shot.

Specs: 12 seconds, 9:16 vertical, 480p, MP4 with live band sound. The stage and the music are fixed; you choose who is in the band.

How to make an AI concert video in 4 steps

Step 1: Open the AI concert video template

Go to the AI Concert Video page. The template is already loaded at the top: four band spots, 12 seconds, vertical, with sound. There is no prompt box to fill in. New accounts get 75 free credits, which is not enough for one video, so you will need the $4.99 trial pack or a plan (see pricing).

Step 2: Upload one to four photos

Add one photo per person into the four slots: Left, Keys, Right and Close-up. Each photo should show one person, face clear, ideally waist up. Leave a slot empty and a sample performer takes it.

Step 3: Pick the lead singer and the close-up

The Keys slot is the lead singer and gets the most screen time, so put the birthday person, the bride or whoever the joke is about there. The Close-up slot ends the video, so it suits your sharpest, most expressive photo. The Left spot is the smallest on screen; put the photo you care least about there.

Step 4: Generate and download

Press Generate. The cost (370 credits) shows on the button before you click. The video lands in My Videos, so you can close the tab; our runs took about two minutes. Download the MP4 without a watermark and post it. If a render fails, the credits come back automatically.

Which photo goes in which AI concert video spot?

SpotRole in the videoBest photo
KeysLead singer, center of the shotThe main person; front-facing, well lit
Close-upLast shot, fills the frameYour sharpest face with a clear expression
RightStanding player, mid-sizeAny clear waist-up photo
LeftSmallest, sometimes half out of frameThe photo you mind least about

For a solo AI concert video, put your selfie in Keys and leave the rest empty. For a couple, use Keys and Close-up. For a birthday, the birthday person always goes in Keys.

What photos work best for an AI concert video?

Photos where the face is large, sharp and facing the camera work best for an AI concert video. The outfit in the photo is the outfit on stage, so pick a photo where you like what the person is wearing.

  • One person per photo. Crop group shots so each slot gets a single face.
  • Face toward the camera, no sunglasses, no hand over the face.
  • Waist up if you can. A tiny face in a full-body photo loses detail at 480p.
  • Even light. Strong shadows or backlight make the face drift.
  • Real people only, and only people who agreed. Cartoons and pets were not part of our tests.

Why doesn’t my AI concert video look like my friends?

An AI concert video stops looking like your friends when looks bleed between people: one friend’s cap or jacket appears on another, or a face drifts halfway to someone else. It happens because the model sees all four photos at once and blends them.

On 26 October 2026 we ran the same idea five times. Four runs failed or mixed the looks; the fifth worked after the prompt told the model to take hair and clothes only from each person’s own photo and to keep no hats from anywhere else. The template uses that fifth run’s settings. If yours still looks off, the cause is usually the photo: a small face, sunglasses or heavy shadow. The full prompt and test log are in our Tiny Desk AI tutorial, which uses the same stage.

FAQ

How do I make an AI concert video of me and my friends from photos?

Open the AI Concert Video generator, upload one photo per friend (up to four), put the lead singer in the Keys slot and press Generate. You get a 12-second vertical video with live band sound in about two minutes.

Can I make an AI concert video with only one photo?

Yes. Put your photo in the Keys slot and leave the others empty; sample performers fill the rest of the band.

Is the AI concert video free?

Not completely. New accounts get 75 free credits and one video takes 370. The one-time $4.99 trial pack (540 credits) covers one video for about $3.42 and leaves 170 credits. No subscription. Details: is there a free AI concert video generator?

Can I use my own song?

No. The stage and the music are fixed in this template; it puts your photos into the band, it does not take an audio upload.

Can I put my dog or a cartoon in the band?

We only tested real people. Pets and cartoons may render, but we can’t promise they will look right.

How long is the video and what format is it?

A 12-second, 9:16 vertical MP4 at 480p with sound and no watermark, ready for TikTok, Reels or a group chat.

What if the render fails?

The credits are refunded automatically, and you can try again with a clearer photo.
